Like many Architects, SEED founder Timofey Dovgalyuk graduated from UVA with an excellent education, eager to draft dreams. After a season working at a large architectural firm, he chose to partner with his father and founded his first Design Build business. The dynamic interplay between the two quickly revealed the essential fusion required to bring blueprints to life. Creativity without execution only looks good on paper. The real magic of turning vision into reality happens when there is synergy between the imaginative composer of the design and the masterful conductor who is able to orchestrate it's construction and completion.
After over twenty-five years in the industry, we are on a mission to envision more than excellent building. Our vision is to serve our clients in a way that goes beyond business and building as usual, surpassing the highest standards, and empowering the next generation of DESIGN BUILD leaders to do the same.
