Like many Architects, SEED founder Timofey Dovgalyuk graduated from UVA with an excellent education, eager to draft dreams. After a season working at a large architectural firm, he chose to partner with his father and founded his first Design Build business. The dynamic interplay between the two quickly revealed the essential fusion required to bring blueprints to life. Creativity without execution only looks good on paper. The real magic of turning vision into reality happens when there is synergy between the imaginative composer of the design and the masterful conductor who is able to orchestrate it's construction and completion.
After over twenty-five years in the industry, Timofey and the SEED team are on a mission to empower the next generation of DESIGN BUILD leaders, equip existing firms with the leadership development and strategic support they need to grow, and to serve as a synergistic link, leveraging decades of expertise to elevate the experience and outcomes for each collaborator in the DESIGN BUILD process.
